John Miniotis brings 20 years of experience in the mining industry, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He currently serves as President and CEO of AbraSilver since December 2019, following the successful merger with Aethon Minerals Corp, where he previously held the role of CEO and led the company’s capital markets and M&A strategy.
Prior to Aethon, John was Vice President of Corporate Development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for approximately $310 million. He also held senior roles at Lunding Mining, where he played a key role in corporate development and investor relations, contributing to acquisitions valued at over $2 billion.
