Peter O’Rourke is a seasoned national leader with nearly thirty years of experience spanning federal service, critical minerals, and Veteran advocacy. As Acting Secretary and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), he led the implementation of the VA MISSION Act, launched the Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection, and oversaw modernization of the VA’s electronic health record system. A U.S. Air Force veteran and former U.S. Navy enlisted plane captain, Mr. O’Rourke brings deep expertise in supply chain operations, national security, and government reform. In the private sector, he has held executive roles in disruptive technology and critical minerals companies, with a focus on strategy, operations, and public-private partnerships. Now serving as President of the National Association for Veterans Rights and Managing Partner at TCI Partners, Mr. O’Rourke remains a leading voice on the intersection of Veteran affairs, national defense, and securing America’s critical mineral supply chain.
